Before a coach can appear in search or accept a booking, they complete a background check. No check, no profile — no exceptions.
Reviews you can trust
Ratings and reviews come only from families who actually completed a session — never anonymous strangers. Read real feedback before you book.
Secure payments, clear refunds
You pay securely through Stripe when you book. We never see your full card number, no cash changes hands, and every coach publishes a clear cancellation and refund policy up front.
Cancel with confidence
Plans change. Cancel up to 24 hours before a session for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, you’re charged 50%. Clear terms, every time.
Extra care for young players
Most private soccer coaching is for kids and teens. A few simple habits keep every session safe.
Sessions in public spaces
Coaching takes place at public fields, parks, and facilities — open, visible places.
Parents stay close
For younger players, we encourage a parent to be present or nearby for every session.

How a coach gets on the platform
