You pay when you book, securely through Stripe. Your card details are stored with Stripe — we never see your full card number, and no cash changes hands. If you cancel, refunds follow the coach's cancellation policy.

Each coach sets their own cancellation policy — Flexible, Moderate, or Strict — shown on their profile and again before you pay. Cancelling earlier means a bigger refund; if a coach ever cancels, you’re refunded in full.

Yes. Every coach completes a background check before they can appear in search or be booked — no exceptions. Sessions take place in public spaces, and we encourage a parent to be present for younger players.

Absolutely. Parents book on behalf of children under 13, teens aged 13–18 sign up with a guardian’s email on file, and adults book for themselves. Coaches work with every age and level, from first-timers to competitive players.

No — your booking reserves the coach’s time, not the field itself. Sessions happen at public spaces that aren’t exclusively reserved through us, so your coach confirms the exact meeting spot and will help adjust if a field happens to be busy.

Both. Every coach offers one-on-one sessions, and many also offer small-group sessions at a per-player rate — you choose the session type when you book.
